Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final

Payments made through Courtside reserve a court for a fixed date and time and are non-refundable once confirmed. When you pay, the slot is removed from availability so no one else can book it — for that reason we are unable to refund a booking simply because your plans change, you arrive late, or you do not show up.

Please review your venue, court, date, time, and price carefully on the booking summary before completing payment.

When we do issue refunds

We will refund the full amount you paid in the following circumstances:

• The venue cancels your booking — for example, due to maintenance, weather closure, or unavailability of the court.
• A double-booking or scheduling error on our side means your reserved slot cannot be honoured.
• A payment or technical error — for example, you were charged more than once for the same booking, or charged for a booking that was never confirmed.

If any of the above happens, you do not need to do anything to forfeit other rights — contact us and we will make it right.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, PayHere. Once a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We do not charge a fee to process an eligible refund.

Rescheduling

We cannot guarantee rescheduling, as availability is controlled by each venue. If you would like to move a booking, contact us as early as possible and we will ask the venue whether another slot can be offered. Any rescheduling is at the venue’s discretion and does not create a right to a refund.
